Beth Quick-Andrews
Beth Quick-Andrews, Principal, has over 14 years of practical experience working with organizations that cover a spectrum of disciplines and industries. Whether it is board of directors facilitation, membership management, meeting planning, financial management, communications or general administration, Beth's skills and expetise are as diverse as her clients. Beth's mission is to work with organizations that want to streamline operations and maximize member involvement. As a managing partner, Beth is responsible for operations management that effectively serves the client.

In 1993, Beth Quick-Andrews was honored as the Missouri Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the United States Small Business Administration in recognition of her creative approach to developing a small business and significant achievements as a young business owner.Prior to that, while still completing her undergraduate work, Ms. Quick-Andrews was honored as a Missouri Collegiate Entrepreneur. Ms. Quick-Andrews holds a B.S. degree cum laude in Business Management from Maryville College-St. Louis and was an Honors English student.

Mary Wiese
Mary Wiese, Association Management Assistant, brings over 40 years of practical experience in administration, meeting coordination and event planning to Q&A Business Solutions. Mary's diverse background makes her uniquely qualified to work at Q&A Business Solutions. Mary is responsible for a variety of communications initiatives, fiancial management and meeting coordination.
